IG Customer Service are very nice and helpful to answer my questions. People working for IG have the patience to deal with older people like me who are losing monies. Old people do have some cash but often not much income. So IG staff, even those in Poland, are very courteous.
ProRealTime chart support is USELESS
Have submitted 3 times required documents and it still gives error, there was no error in taking the money on card and no documents were required. I haven’t received the service that I should have. Over many years (30) I have had very few complaints.

If you’re happy to pay the exchange into pounds and then withdraw the money then you’ll get your money but if you want any other way they would charge you. Depends who you are and what you want to use them for. Accountability, it’s not one of those things. Statements with your name, address and account number on it I’m not one of those things. The application is simple and the support team is professional. My funds are still in their hand earning interest without paying it to me.

I only dabble in shares, £90 a throw soon adds up.If however you are into shares in a big way this is a very good platform. Any total combined assets of over 15K and they wave the quarterly charges. I just wish they would allow you to spend less than £90 each time, other than that they get 5 stars. So I went onto the “live” chat and waited 35 mins for a response to my question, finally got someone to say they would call me back.
There is a complaint that FPA does not approve ig group review all positive reviews and only approves negative ones for the sake of their business. To understand the real reviews, traders should focus on the content of the reviews. Typically, fake, paid, or competitor reviews are generic.
